Was Sorcerer Supreme before Doctor Strange and Baron Mordo. Doctor Druid was also one of the Ancient One's disciples. Upon his mortal death, the immortal Ancient One transcended into the spiritual plane, his soul occasionally coming to the aid of Doctor Strange.
Doctor Strange:
The most well-known Sorceror Supreme. To stop the threat of the Green Scar he evoked the dark magic of Zom. Believing himself unworthy because of his use of dark magic, he later relinquished his title as Sorcerer Supreme. The Eye of Agamotto would soon choose a successor...

Held the title a very short time before being killed in battle with Agamotto.
